How to access Request Settings
- Open any request.
- Click the Request Setup tab.

Set the request basics
- Request Name
- Request owner: the team member who will own this request
- Request Due Date
- Add recipients
Access
Control who on your team can see this request and whether clients need a passcode to open it.
File Saving
Choose whether uploaded files stay in Gatheroo or are automatically saved to a connected cloud storage service.
Notifications & Reminders
Set up automated email or SMS reminders for this request. Control frequency and when they stop.
