What this does: Once a request is built and published, you send it to your client via Gatheroo’s 4. Publish tab. The client receives an email with a secure link to their request. You can send immediately, schedule for a future time, or copy a direct link to share via your own channel.
How to send a request
- Open the request and go to the 4. Publish tab.
- Confirm the recipient – the contact the request was created for. You can add additional recipients after publishing if needed.
- Review the email subject and body. Customise these if you’d like a personalised message for this send.
- Click Send.
Adding recipients
By default the request is addressed to the contact it was created for. You can also:
- Add an existing contact as an additional recipient
- Add a new contact directly from the Send & Share tab
Scheduling the send
To send at a specific future date and time, click Schedule Send instead of Send. See Schedule Send Requests for details.
Sharing via link
If you’d rather share the request through your own email or messaging app, copy the direct link from the Send & Share tab and paste it anywhere. After sharing manually, click Mark As Sent to update the request status.
Tracking your send
After sending, the request status changes to Sent on your dashboard. Open the Activity Log tab to see when the client opened the request and what they’ve completed so far.
