The pricing is flexible and can vary depending on the specific plan and features that you choose.

Additionally, we offer a discount for those who choose to pay on an annual basis, so be sure to check out all the options available to you on our website.

A Gatheroo subscription term is linked to your plan period.

As a subscriber, you have the flexibility to cancel your plan at any time before the next billing cycle, whether it is a monthly or annual subscription.

However, please note that no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the subscription.

Payment for your Gatheroo subscription can be made securely using a credit or debit card. Your card will be charged at the frequency that matches your subscription term, whether it is monthly or annually.

Once you have selected your plan and features, you will be prompted to enter your card details during the checkout process. We use Stripe as our Payment Gateway for a secure and convenient way to ensure that your subscription remains active.

To cancel your subscription, you will need to login to your Gatheroo account and navigate to the Global Settings > Billing Details page.

Once there, you will be able to select the “Cancel My Plan” option.

Please note that only the Account Owner Role will be able to cancel the account subscription.

Once you cancel your account, no further charges will be taken, but please note that no refund will be given for any unused portion of the subscription.

You and your team can continue to use Gatheroo uninterrupted until the end of your current billing period.

The cost of adding a team member to your account will depend on the level of subscription you have.

We have three levels of subscription: Small, Medium, and Large. The Small Plan allows 2 additional users, the Medium Plan allows 5 additional users, and the Large Plan allows 10 additional users.

If you would like to add more users to your account, you will need to move to the next level of subscription. The cost of upgrading to the next level of subscription can be found on our pricing page.

Please note that additional costs for additional users will be charged immediately.

Gatheroo also uses encryption for all file uploads and downloads, ensuring that data remains confidential and cannot be intercepted by third parties.

Regular security checks and monitoring are conducted to identify and address any vulnerabilities, ensuring that the platform remains secure at all times.

With these measures in place, users can be confident that their data is well-protected on the Gatheroo platform.
