What this does: Connecting OneDrive to Gatheroo lets you automatically save client-submitted files directly into your OneDrive folders, without needing to manually download and move them. Once connected, you choose a destination folder for each request or template, and Gatheroo keeps it updated automatically as clients submit their files.
How to connect OneDrive
- Go to My Account → Integrations in the left-hand menu.
- Find OneDrive in the list of available integrations.
- Click Connect.
- A Microsoft sign-in window will appear. Log in with the Microsoft account that has access to the OneDrive you want to use.
- Grant Gatheroo permission to access your OneDrive files when prompted.
- Once connected, OneDrive will show as Connected in the Integrations tab.
Choosing where files are saved
- Open a request and go to Request Settings → File Saving.
- Under the storage destination, select OneDrive.
- Browse your OneDrive folder structure and choose the destination folder for this request’s files.
- Optionally set up a sub-folder naming convention (e.g. by client name or request name).
- Save the request settings.
What happens after you connect
Files are saved to your chosen OneDrive folder periodically as a client submits their response – you don’t need to wait for the whole request to be completed. You can set a different destination folder for each request or template, so files from different clients or projects land in the right place automatically.
Disconnecting OneDrive
If you need to disconnect the integration, go to My Account → Integrations, find OneDrive, and click Disconnect. Requests already using OneDrive as a save destination will need a new storage location set.
