Global Settings control how Gatheroo looks and behaves across your entire account. These settings affect all team members and all requests. By default, the Account Owner has access to all Global Settings.
Company Details
Set your company name, address and contact information. See Personalising Your Account.
Logo and Brand Colour
Upload your company logo and set your brand colour. Your logo appears in request emails and at the top of client-facing request view. Your brand colour is used for buttons and accents in the client request view. This aligns the look of Gatheroo request to your business, rather than a generic form tool.
Domain and Email Verification
Verifying your email domain means that request emails are sent from your own domain address (for example, requests@yourbusiness.com.au) rather than a Gatheroo email address.
This improves deliverability and looks far more professional to clients.
Verification involves adding DNS records to your domain, which your IT provider or hosting company can do if you are not sure how.
Manage User Roles
In Global Settings you can customise the permissions that apply to Admin and Member roles across your account. This allows you to fine-tune what team members can see in the Global Settings.
Local Timezone
Set the timezone for your account. This controls how due dates and reminder times are calculated and displayed across your account. Make sure this matches your primary business location.
Dynamic Fields
Dynamic fields allow you to insert personalised information into your requests automatically. For example, you can insert the client’s first name, the request owner’s name, or a custom field value directly into the text of a request or email. This saves time and makes your communications feel personal without extra manual effort.
Billing Details
Manage your payment method, view your current plan and download past invoices. Your billing details are stored securely through Stripe. Changes to payment method or billing address are made here. See Managing Your Billing.
