What this covers: You can upgrade or change your Gatheroo subscription plan at any time from within your account. Only the Account Owner can change the plan, unless the User Roles have been amended. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  1. Go to Global Settings → Billing Details.
  2. On the My Plan tab, click Change Plan or Upgrade.
  3. Review the available plans and select the one that suits your needs.
  4. Confirm the change. If upgrading, you’ll be charged immediately for the prorated difference.
