What this does: The Activity Log records every significant action that happens on a request: when it was sent, when a client opened it, when a field was completed, when files were uploaded, and when the request was submitted. The Activity Log is a key audit and compliance tool.
How to access the Activity Log
Field specific activity log:

- Open any request and head to step 3. Request Preview
- Each field has an Activity Log section that can be clicked
- Click Activity Log to open up the list of actions

What the Activity Log records
- Request created, published, and sent
- Each time the request link was opened by a client
- Individual field completions (with timestamp)
- File uploads
- Request submission
- Reminder emails sent
- Team member actions (comments added, request reassigned, etc.)
Using Activity Logs for compliance
Because the log is timestamped and cannot be edited, it provides a reliable record of when clients provided information and what actions your team took. This is particularly useful for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, or audits.
