What this does: The Repeatable setting allows clients to submit multiple answers to the same question. For example, if you ask for a phone number but a client has both a mobile and a landline, they can click Add another and enter both. This removes the need to create duplicate fields for the same type of information.

Repeatable is available on most field types: Single Line of Text, Phone, Link, Date, Date Range, Name, Address and File Upload.

How to enable Repeatable on a field

  1. Open your request in the Request Builder.
  2. Click the field you want to make repeatable.
  3. In the settings panel on the right, toggle Make this field repeatable on.
  4. Save your request.

What clients see

After completing the field, clients see an Add another button that lets them add a second (and third, and so on) response to the same question. Each additional response appears below the previous one.

Tip: Use Repeatable instead of creating multiple copies of the same field. It keeps your request cleaner and makes the client experience simpler, since they only see extra inputs when they actually need them.
