The pricing is flexible and can vary depending on the specific plan and features that you choose.

Additionally, we offer a discount for those who choose to pay on an annual basis, so be sure to check out all the options available to you on our website.

A Gatheroo subscription does not have a minimum term requirement.

As a subscriber, you have the flexibility to cancel your plan at any time before the next payment, whether it is a monthly or annual subscription.

However, please note that no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the subscription.

Payment for your Gatheroo subscription can be made through credit or debit card. Your card will be charged at the frequency that matches your subscription term, whether it is monthly or annually.

Once you have selected your plan and features, you will be prompted to enter your card details during the checkout process. This is a secure and convenient way to ensure that your subscription remains active.

To cancel your subscription, you will need to login to your Gatheroo account and navigate to the Account > billing details > My Plan page.

Once there, you will be able to select the “Cancel My Plan” option.

Please note that only account owners are able to cancel the account.

Once you cancel your account, no further charges will be taken, but please note that no refund will be given for any unused portion of the subscription.

The cost of adding a team member to your account will depend on the level of subscription you have.

We have three levels of subscription: Lite, Pro, and Team. The Lite subscription allows for 2 users, the Pro subscription allows for 5 users, and the Team subscription allows for 10 users.

If you would like to add more users to your account, you will need to move to the next level of subscription. The cost of upgrading to the next level of subscription can be found on our pricing page.

Please note that additional costs for additional users will be charged immediately.

Gatheroo takes security very seriously and employs a range of measures to ensure the safety of its users’ data.

Strong passwords are mandatory, and two-factor authentication (2FA) optional for all users, adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorised access.

Gatheroo is hosted securely by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides robust security features and constantly monitors for any potential threats.

Gatheroo also uses encryption for all file uploads and downloads, ensuring that data remains confidential and cannot be intercepted by third parties.

Regular security checks and monitoring are conducted to identify and address any vulnerabilities, ensuring that the platform remains secure at all times.

With these measures in place, users can be confident that their data is well-protected on the Gatheroo platform.
