Add a new contact

Step-by-step guide to adding a new contact to a Gatheroo account:

  1. Log in to your Gatheroo account.
  2. Select “Contacts” on the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on “Add New Contact”.
  4. In the “First Name” field, enter the first name of the new contact.
  5. In the “Email” field, enter the email address of the new contact.
  6. Optional – Enter the last name, phone number, and upload a photo or avatar for the new contact. You will be able to edit the contact at a later stage if required.
  7. Optional – Consider whether to add the contact to a company. To do this, click on the “+ Add To A Company” option on the bottom left. You can create and/or link a contact to a company at a later stage if required.
  8. If you choose to add the contact to a company, select an existing company from the drop-down menu or click “Add New” to create a new company.
  9. If you are creating a new company, enter the Company Name in the field provided.
  10. Optional – Add a company logo, phone number, address, and country for the new company. These details can be added at a later stage if required.
  11. Click “Save Contact” to add the new contact and (if applicable) the new company to your Gatheroo account.
