What this does: Contacts are the clients you send requests to. Adding a contact stores their name, email address, and company details so you can quickly select them when creating requests. All Gatheroo plans support unlimited contacts.

How to add a contact

  1. Click Contacts in the left-hand menu, or use the Quick Actions shortcut on the Dashboard.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Enter the contact’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
  4. Add a mobile phone number if you will be using SMS reminders.
  5. Optionally link them to a Company – either an existing company or create a new one.
  6. Click Save.

The contact will now appear in your Contacts list and can be selected as a recipient when creating or sending requests.

Editing a contact

  1. Go to Contacts and find the contact in the list.
  2. Click their name to open the contact record.
  3. Update the relevant fields and click Save.
