What this does: If you’ve forgotten your Gatheroo password, you can reset it from the login screen without contacting support. You can also change your password from within your account at any time as a security precaution.

Resetting a forgotten password

  1. Go to the Gatheroo login page.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link inside.
  5. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.

Changing your password while logged in

  1. Go to My Account in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the Password Reset tab.
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
  4. Click Save.

Security tip: Use a unique password for Gatheroo that you don’t use on other sites, and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for extra protection.
