What this does: Bulk Actions let you archive, delete or restore multiple requests at once, rather than doing them one by one. This is useful for end-of-period cleanups, clearing or archiving completed requests from your active view or restoring a batch of archived requests.

How to use Bulk Actions

  1. Go to the Requests dashboard.
  2. Tick the checkboxes on the left of each request you want to include. You can also tick the checkbox in the header row to select all visible requests.
  3. The Bulk Actions menu will appear. Choose from:
  • Archive: moves selected requests to the Archived view. They remain accessible but don’t count toward your active request limit.
  • Delete: permanently removes the selected requests. This cannot be undone.
  • Restore: (available in the Archived view) moves archived requests back to active.

Note: Deleted requests cannot be recovered. If you’re not sure, archive rather than delete.

Archiving vs. deleting

Archive when: the request is complete and you want to keep the record but clear it from your active view.
Delete when: the request was created in error or you no longer need any record of it.
