A Fresh User Interface: Intuitive, Not Intrusive
We’ve given Gatheroo’s interface a bit of a refresh, whilst still keeping the same functionality you know and love.
The Request Builder has been fine-tuned to make adding Fields even easier. You can now add fields more intuitively, allowing for smoother navigation as you build out Requests. Plus, for those quick, single-page requests, you can now hide Page Titles and Section Headings to keep the interface clean and uncluttered for your Clients, whilst still being able to organise Requests into Pages and Sections where needed. This means less visual noise and a more focused approach when you’re working.
Benefit: Spend less time navigating and more time completing tasks with a cleaner, more intuitive interface.
File Uploads Just Got Smarter
Need to review a file without downloading it? To align with new compliance requirements (for some industries), you can now view and mark file uploads as “viewed” directly within Gatheroo without needing to download them first. This is perfect for sensitive documents like proof of identity where a simple view is all you need.
Benefit: Streamline document reviews while keeping your digital workspace clutter-free. No more unnecessary downloads!
Better Visibility for Encryption & Conditional Logic Fields
We’ve made it easier to see which Text Area Fields have encryption enabled and which fields are using conditional logic. Adding quick-view icons to your navigation helps you quickly keep track of secure fields while making sure that complex requests are handled smoothly.
Benefit: Quickly identify and manage sensitive or complex data fields with confidence.
Improved Activity Logs: Transparency at Every Step
The updated Activity Logs give you a deeper level of transparency, audit log for each field. Now, you can not only download Request Answers but also access logs that show what has been added, changed, and shared – and by whom for each field. It’s all about giving you a clearer picture of the entire lifecycle of your requests.
Benefit: Gain full visibility into who’s doing what, ensuring accountability and traceability for every document and field.
Enhanced Mobile-Friendly Experience for Your Clients
We know your clients are busy, and many prefer to manage requests on the go. That’s why we’ve improved the user experience on mobile devices, making it easier for your clients to view and respond to your Requests from their phones.
Benefit: Increase client engagement and responsiveness with a seamless mobile experience, making it easier for them to collaborate with you anytime, anywhere.
Access Key Actions Without Leaving the Request
Need to download a Request, create a Template, or take other actions? Now you can do all of this directly within the Request itself. No need to navigate back to the Requests List — everything is just a click away.
Benefit: Save time and reduce clicks by taking important actions directly within each Request, helping you move faster and more efficiently.
